Senior Video Editorial Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Video Editorial to lead and grow their team of video editors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4-6 video editors, focusing on coaching, career development, and performance management
• Define the editorial vision and set quality standards for various video formats
• Lead AI adoption within the editorial group and provide detailed feedback on video edits

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in video editing or post-production, with at least 3 years managing editorial teams
• Strong editorial eye with the ability to articulate effective editing techniques
• Experience in building team culture and developing talent
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editorial workflows and tools
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and working knowledge of After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Audition
