Senior Video Operations Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Video Operations Engineer is a full-time position responsible for managing, maintaining, and configuring hardware for delivering linear video content, providing technical oversight and troubleshooting support in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Video Hub Office through equipment monitoring and quality assurance for linear video services
• Configure and troubleshoot MPEG encoding and video service failures across various systems
• Conduct root cause analysis for video outages and enhance system monitoring and performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate technical degree or 5 years related work experience
• Five years of experience in cable, satellite, and telephony industries
• Five years of experience with digital video in a multi-channel system
• Extensive knowledge of video multichannel systems and related technologies
• Basic knowledge of networking components and services
