Job Summary

Leading the production of high-profile video content, the remote contract Senior Video Producer will manage the end-to-end creation of 1-2 conference hype videos, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and adherence to tight timelines and budgets.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, internal stakeholders, and production team throughout the project
• Oversee a structured, milestone-based production process, securing formal client approval at each stage
• Proactively identify and escalate timeline risks, scope changes, and budget concerns

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of agency experience in video, content, or integrated production
• Proven experience producing high-profile video content from concept through final delivery
• Strong experience managing complex production schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior and executive-level clients
• Strong understanding of video production workflows, including asset management and licensing
