Senior Video Storyteller

Job Summary

Owning the creative vision and execution of video projects, the full-time Senior Video Storyteller will develop compelling narratives and manage a decentralized capture model while collaborating with marketing and corporate communications teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the creative vision and narrative integrity of video content from concept to final cut
• Establish pre- and post-production standards to ensure cohesive and on-brand storytelling across decentralized footage
• Direct and manage remote filming efforts, including casting, crew briefing, and project logistics

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing video production from inception to completion
• Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling range, particularly in social video
• Hands-on expertise with cameras, lighting, audio, and editing software (e.g., Premiere, Resolve)
• Experience in building and managing distributed capture models and freelance talent
• Strong instincts for budgeting and scheduling in a production environment
