Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Visual Creative Lead to drive visual craft inside their app.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive visual direction across in-app surfaces including icons, illustration, and UI styling
• Translate inputs from product, brand, and leadership into cohesive, high-quality creative direction
• Collaborate with the Creative Brand team to align in-app work with brand guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of visual design experience with a strong portfolio in digital product, illustration, and motion
• Developed point of view on visual craft with the ability to defend and evolve decisions
• Experience working within product teams
• Fluency in Figma and AI design tools; comfort with motion tools like ProtoPie or After Effects
• Ability to operate independently and make quality decisions without a creative director
