A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Visual Design to lead and elevate its graphic design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the art director and visual authority for the graphic design team, setting visual standards across all channels
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of designers, enhancing craft and execution
• Establish scalable design systems and oversee creative execution across marketing channels

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in visual design, with significant experience at the Art Director or Senior Manager level
• Proven experience leading and developing multiple designers
• Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated, multi-channel campaigns and scalable brand systems
• Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Experience in managing design resourcing and capacity planning
