Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to lead user-centered design initiatives for their investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define problems and launch new products
• Manage design projects and the development of the design team while maintaining high-quality design standards
• Create design deliverables from sketches to final designs and communicate progress with team members

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product and visual design experience
• Professional experience with financial tools, investment platforms, and/or real estate products preferred
• High degree of financial literacy related to personal portfolio management
• Experience in raising the design bar on consumer-facing products with a customer-first approach
• Strong curiosity and strategic thinking skills
