Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of design experience in-house or at an agency, with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and multi-channel design
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with motion or experiential design is a plus
• Proven ability to translate brand strategy into visually compelling concepts
• Strong understanding of design hierarchy, typography, and visual storytelling
