Senior Visual Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the Senior Visual Designer will create high-quality visual designs for digital experiences, translating brand strategies into cohesive templates and components while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing and conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage a defined website design to scale and create high-quality visual designs across all landing pages and product experiences
• Apply and uphold enterprise brand guidelines consistently while contributing to the evolution of the design system
• Design landing pages and acquisition experiences that support marketing campaigns, utilizing data to inform design decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of experience in visual design or digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual design craft
• Experience with Figma and design systems, including creating scalable, reusable designs
• Proven ability to design for performance outcomes, including conversion and engagement metrics
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction patterns, and responsive design
