Senior Visual Designer

Job Summary

Leading visual design execution across retail and digital platforms, the full-time Senior Visual Designer will create cohesive and high-quality creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing customer experiences in both onsite and remote environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop reusable templates and visual frameworks to maintain cohesive brand expression across all customer touchpoints
• Ensure photography standards for ghost mannequin and on-figure product imagery, focusing on proportion consistency and color accuracy
• Conceptualize and execute impactful retail window displays that enhance brand perception and customer engagement

Required qualifications

• Strong background in Graphic Design or a related field, supported by a diverse portfolio demonstrating high-level concepting and execution
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in developing omnichannel visual systems and packaging across retail and e-commerce environments
• Ability to provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and freelancers
• Knowledge of art direction, photography, and storytelling through design
