Job Summary

Residing in Los Angeles or San Diego, CA, the full-time Senior Visual Merchandiser will drive the execution of the brand's visual strategy remotely, enhancing the customer experience and supporting field visual teams to improve sales and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Promote visual merchandising as a key contributor to sales and margin by maximizing game plans and addressing space issues
• Lead training and development initiatives to enhance field capability and ensure adherence to visual standards
• Collaborate with partners to resolve store-specific visual merchandising challenges and support new store openings and initiatives

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or Visual Merchandising
• 7 - 10 years of management and visual merchandising experience, preferably in softlines
• Demonstrated understanding of customer and retail merchandising strategies
• Strong problem-solving skills based on analytics and conflict management abilities
• Excellent training and facilitation skills to develop field visual talent
