Senior Visual Systems Designer

Job Summary

Bringing creativity and strategy to life, the full-time Senior Visual Systems Designer will develop cohesive visual design systems for digital properties, collaborating remotely with product teams to enhance user experiences and reinforce brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Sketch, ideate, and generate new design concepts based on research and stakeholder input
• Establish and maintain a high-output workflow that integrates seamlessly with product teams
• Mentor junior design team members and contribute to the development of the UI Kit and Component Libraries

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product, interaction, and visual design
• Strong understanding of human-centered design processes and design tools such as Sketch and InVision
• Experience designing and prototyping for various screen sizes and resolutions
• Foundational knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical work experience
