Senior VMware Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior VMware Engineer to work remotely, who will provide consultative direction, lead technical projects, and maintain VMware VCF solutions, ensuring operational efficiency and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consultative direction and technical advice on the Bank's operating systems and infrastructure
- Lead technical projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of objectives while guiding project tasks
- Support, maintain, and implement VMware VCF solutions, optimizing performance and reliability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in systems engineering or programming, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
- 5+ years of experience designing and managing VMware-based infrastructure solutions
- Extensive hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and its components
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization concepts
