Job Summary

Senior VMware Support Engineer provides full-time remote support for mission-critical VMware components, focusing on troubleshooting complex customer issues and ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot complex customer issues related to VMware functionality
  • Provide hands-on assistance to end users and document remediation efforts

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience with VMware technology, including vSphere, vCenter, and NSX
  • Expert knowledge of VMware maintenance, patching mechanics, and architecture
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with full life-cycle implementation and administration of VMware
  • US Citizenship and ability to work remotely from a home-based office
