Senior Voice Communications Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Voice Communications Engineer will design, operate, and modernize enterprise communication platforms to support patient care, ensuring system reliability and integration across various clinical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain communication platforms that enhance caregiver communication and clinical workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive modernization and improve service reliability
• Implement resilience modeling and automate processes to ensure high availability of communication systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
• 5-8 years of related experience in network engineering or a similar field
• Experience with automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency in resilience modeling and failure mode analysis
• Ability to influence software engineering teams to meet Quality of Service expectations
