Job Summary

A company is looking for a WebEx Contact Center Senior Voice Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for implementation and technical support of Cisco Unified Communications technologies
  • Support Tier 3 staff with Cisco IP telephony and Webex Contact Center
  • Manage projects such as office moves and new facility setups

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Cisco IP telephony technology
  • Cisco Voice/Collaboration certification preferred
  • Knowledge of voice gateway protocols and communication protocols
  • Experience with Cisco Webex Contact Center Express
  • Understanding of the OSI model and IP stack
