Senior Voice Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Voice Engineer to work remotely on West Coast hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues
• Utilize knowledge of Cisco networking, QoS, SIP, and VoIP in call center environments
• Maintain and improve voice/network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, firewalls, PSTN, PRI, TDM, POTS

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Genesys (Engage/Cloud), NICE CXone, Five9, or similar contact center platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft O365, Teams Voice, NICE recording, Aspect WFM, and other call center tools
• Proficiency in Cisco networking (routing/switching, MPLS, BGP, EIGRP)
• Knowledge of QoS, SIP, and VoIP in call center environments
• ITIL v3 Foundations certification
