Senior Voice Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Voice Engineer, Unified Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Cisco Unified Communications and Microsoft Teams Voice solutions
• Provide Tier 3 / Tier 4 escalation support for complex voice incidents and performance issues
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and participate in change management processes

Required Qualifications

• Four-year university degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field and/or 8-10+ years of equivalent experience
• Cisco CCNP Collaboration (or CCIE Collaboration) certification
• Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate certification
• 8-10+ years of experience supporting enterprise voice and Unified Communications environments
• Strong experience with Cisco Unified Communications platforms and Microsoft Teams Phone architecture
