Senior Voice Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance patient care through advanced communication systems, the full-time Senior Voice Engineer will design, operate, and modernize enterprise communication platforms in a remote capacity, ensuring reliability and integration across clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and modernize enterprise communication platforms to support caregiver communication and clinical workflows
• Ensure the reliability and availability of integrated systems, including nurse call and unified communications
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive modernization and improve service reliability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of related experience in network engineering or a similar field
• Experience with automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency in resilience modeling and simulating service outages
• Ability to influence software engineering teams in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture
