Senior Voice Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise communication platforms that support patient care, the full-time Senior Voice Engineer will design, operate, and modernize systems for caregiver communication and clinical workflows in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement resilient communication platforms, ensuring high availability and alignment with clinical needs
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive modernization and improve service reliability
• Utilize data and metrics to inform decisions and prioritize Live Site requirements during backlog discussions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of related experience in voice and clinical communications engineering
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency in resilience modeling and simulating service outages
• Ability to influence software engineering teams in translating requirements into service architecture
