Senior Voice Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on the design and modernization of enterprise communication platforms, the full-time Senior Voice Engineer will ensure the reliability and integration of systems that support patient care in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, operate, and modernize communication platforms for caregiver communication and clinical workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to enhance service reliability and meet operational needs
• Implement resilience modeling and automate processes to ensure high availability of communication systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of related experience in network engineering or a similar role
• Experience with automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency in resilience modeling and simulating service outages
• Ability to influence software engineering teams in translating requirements into service architecture
