Senior Voice Engineer

Job Summary

To support the modernization of enterprise communication platforms in a remote setting, the full-time Senior Voice Engineer will design, operate, and enhance systems that facilitate caregiver communication and clinical workflows across various healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain resilient communication platforms to support patient care and clinical operations
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive system integration and modernization efforts
• Utilize data and metrics to inform decisions and improve service reliability across communication systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of related experience, with 5-8 years preferred
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
• Ability to influence software engineering teams in translating requirements into service architecture
