Senior Voice Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance patient care through effective communication systems, the full-time Senior Voice Engineer will design, operate, and modernize enterprise communication platforms in a remote setting, ensuring system reliability and integration across clinical workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise communication platforms that support caregiver communication and clinical workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and clinical teams to drive modernization and improve service reliability
• Ensure the resilience and availability of communication systems through effective modeling and simulation of service outages

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, or equivalent education/experience
• 5 years of related experience; 5-8 years preferred
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Experience with n-tier solutions and resilience modeling
• Proven ability to influence software engineering teams in translating requirements into service architecture
