Job Summary
Supporting multiple customer environments, the full-time Senior Voice Engineer will administer, optimize, and implement Cisco-based voice and Unified Communications solutions remotely, ensuring high availability and performance across voice and contact center platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support Cisco voice and collaboration solutions for managed services customers
- Provide operational support for Cisco Unified Communications platforms, including incident response and problem resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet SLAs and customer expectations while participating in customer onboarding and migrations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Cisco voice and collaboration solutions
- Hands-on experience with CUCM, Webex Contact Center, and Cisco UCCX
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and QoS
- Experience working in a managed services environment supporting multiple customers
- CCNA or equivalent Cisco voice, network, or collaboration experience
