Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Senior Voice Engineer - Oregon will design, operate, and modernize enterprise communication platforms, ensuring reliability and integration across clinical workflows in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and modernize communication systems that support caregiver communication and clinical workflows
• Ensure the resilience and availability of platforms, collaborating with engineering, operations, and clinical teams
• Lead discussions on service architecture and prioritize Live Site requirements based on clinical and operational needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of related experience in network engineering or a similar field
• Experience in automation related to deployment and recovery processes
• Proficiency in resilience modeling and failure mode analysis
• Ability to leverage data and metrics for decision-making and process improvement
