Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Voice of Customer Data Strategist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and own the frameworks for VoC measurement strategy and architecture, ensuring integration into business reviews
  • Analyze customer signals to clarify strategic drivers and identify leading indicators of sentiment shifts
  • Define data contracts and govern data integration for VoC signals in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams


Required Qualifications
  • 7 - 10+ years of experience in CX analytics, product analytics, data strategy, or related roles
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity in data interpretation
  • Deep understanding of data modeling and SQL logic
  • Experience in defining taxonomies and NLP tagging frameworks
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences
