Senior VoIP Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior VoIP Software Engineer, the full-time position offers the opportunity to own features end-to-end, influence architecture, and enhance VoIP systems reliability while working remotely or onsite in Lehi, Utah.

Key responsibilities:

• Own features from design to production, ensuring reliability of VoIP systems
• Collaborate with product and design teams to influence architecture and feature development
• Share knowledge and mentor team members through code reviews and collaborative efforts

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in building and shipping production systems
• Proven track record of owning problems end-to-end and delivering solutions
• Experience with VoIP platforms such as FreeSwitch, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, or Asterisk
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor
• Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues within VoIP infrastructure
