Job Summary

- Lead client relations, operational effectiveness, revenue generation, and client retention
- Establish and maintain client account plans, support client relationships, and identify process improvements
- Conduct client performance and profitability analysis, and develop optimization plans
Required Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or Marketing
- 12-15 years of experience in Client Services/Account Management in the BPO/Contact Center/Customer Experience industry
- Business-centric with integrity, achievement-oriented, and ability to work under high pressure
