Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Vice President of Customer Deployment, Adoption & Partner Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer journey from post-sale handover to Success and Support for multiple customer segments
- Set vision and strategy for Deployment and Adoption aligned with company's growth priorities
- Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction metrics and ensure value-based adoption of products/services
Required Qualifications:
- Experience scaling operations of a customer onboarding team managing multi-product deployments
- Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction within a SaaS environment
- Leadership experience in building diverse teams and managing change effectively
- Skilled in financial planning, forecasting, and managing services-generated revenue
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency
