Job Summary

Building and leading the full HR function, the full-time Senior VP of Human Resources will manage performance management, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance in a 100% remote environment across the U.S., Canada, and India.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement a company-wide performance management framework, ensuring consistency across all functions and geographies
  • Build and develop a high-performing HR team with clear goals and accountability standards aligned with company expectations
  • Manage payroll processing and compliance across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all HR operations
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least five years leading the full HR function
  • Demonstrated experience in building or transforming performance management systems
  • Operational fluency in payroll, benefits, and employment law compliance across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience in a fully remote, multi-country environment, preferably including the U.S., Canada, and India
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms, with Dayforce experience being a plus
