Job Summary

To drive strategic people initiatives, the full-time Senior VP of People Operations will build and lead centralized HR, recruiting, onboarding, and training functions remotely across a growing portfolio of property management companies.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and lead centralized HR, recruiting, onboarding, training, and people operations functions across portfolio companies
  • Act as a strategic HR advisor to executive leadership, assessing organizational structures and workforce allocation
  • Design and implement enterprise-wide onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee development frameworks
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, people operations, or organizational operations
  • Significant experience within property management, real estate, hospitality, or multi-site operating environments
  • Proven experience building centralized recruiting or HR functions
  • Strong operational background, including HRIS, ATS, and process optimization
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
