Senior VP of People Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of property management companies, the full-time remote Senior VP of People Operations will build and lead centralized HR, recruiting, onboarding, and training functions while acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead centralized HR, recruiting, onboarding, training, and people operations functions across portfolio companies
• Assess organizational structures and develop scalable people infrastructure to support growth and operational integration
• Establish standardized HR processes, policies, workflows, and oversee a metrics-driven recruiting organization

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, people operations, or organizational operations
• Significant experience within property management, real estate, or multi-site operating environments
• Proven experience building centralized recruiting or shared services functions
• Strong operational background, including HRIS, ATS, and process optimization
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
