Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of property management companies, the full-time remote Senior VP of People Operations will build and lead centralized HR, recruiting, onboarding, and training functions while acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead centralized HR, recruiting, onboarding, training, and people operations functions across portfolio companies
- Assess organizational structures and develop scalable people infrastructure to support growth and operational integration
- Establish standardized HR processes, policies, workflows, and oversee a metrics-driven recruiting organization
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, people operations, or organizational operations
- Significant experience within property management, real estate, or multi-site operating environments
- Proven experience building centralized recruiting or shared services functions
- Strong operational background, including HRIS, ATS, and process optimization
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
