- Lead the acquisition of university partnerships in North America and the UK
- Manage and grow the existing team of university partnership managers
- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and company planning
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year leading a team in partnering with universities in North America
- Minimum 3 years of business development experience in educational partnerships
- Undergraduate degree in business, management, law, or relevant field
- Experience in high-growth, tech-focused environments
- Experience in education or education technology preferred
