Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance the security posture, the full-time remote Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer will manage the end-to-end vulnerability management pipeline, focusing on automating workflows and integrating various security platforms while driving remediation efforts across cloud and on-prem environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the vulnerability management pipeline from asset discovery to closure
• Develop a data-driven prioritization framework for vulnerability assessment and remediation
• Integrate and automate security tools and platforms to streamline vulnerability management processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of professional experience in information security, particularly in the financial sector
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level vulnerability scanning solutions and automation of security platforms
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security features
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or JavaScript for automation tasks
