Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer

Job Summary

Combining deep vulnerability expertise with systems engineering skills, the full-time remote Senior Vulnerability Management Engineer will manage the end-to-end vulnerability management pipeline, focusing on automation and risk remediation across various systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire vulnerability management pipeline from asset discovery to closure
• Build and iterate a data-driven prioritization framework for vulnerability assessment
• Automate workflows through SOAR playbooks and integration with various security platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of professional experience in information security, particularly in the financial sector
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale vulnerability scanning solutions
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their security features
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or JavaScript for automation tasks
