Senior WAN Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. WAN Administrator to oversee WAN network implementation and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest level of escalation for communications issues in stores, distribution centers, and remote offices
• Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot WAN for stores and distribution centers
• Evaluate new technologies and provide guidance on their potential benefits

Required Qualifications

• Expert level understanding of data networking and IP routing, including Cisco CLI, BGP, EIGRP, DMVPN, IPSEC, TCP/UDP, and LAN switching
• CCNA level proficiency required; CCNP level desired
• Minimum of 5 years of WAN administration experience
• Knowledge or experience in scripting (Python) is desired
• Linux knowledge or experience is a plus
