Senior Warehouse Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Engineer, Warehouse Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and roadmap application enhancements to improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end strategies
• Ensure comprehensive visibility and support for efficient fulfillment flow and client-centric shopping experiences

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience
• Extensive experience with software products in a production environment, preferably in Ruby/Rails and Go
• Experience building or integrating with Warehouse Management Systems
• Comfort with data, including SQL, to support decision-making
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
