Senior Water Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Center Water Engineer to support data center construction programs with water engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assist in the technical development of due diligence and campus plan studies
• Develop and optimize standard engineering programs and designs for site planning
• Analyze utility usage data and present optimization recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 4 years of demonstrated experience in planning, design, and construction of utility projects
• Practical knowledge of large scale data center infrastructure and utility systems
• Understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including financial analysis and project management
• Experience with cross-field teams in structural, civil, IT/Telecom, mechanical, electrical, and architectural disciplines
