Senior Wealth Management Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Driving service delivery across Wealth Management, the full-time Senior Wealth Management Enablement Manager will partner with advisors and client service staff to develop training programs, enhance processes, and promote technology adoption in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a strategic learning curriculum for Wealth Management advisors and client service staff, including training materials and online resources
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and existing employees, utilizing various formats tailored to the audience
• Advocate for Wealth Management teams by identifying process gaps and collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
• Proven experience in training, learning & development, and change management, preferably within wealth management or financial services
• Demonstrated fluency in AI technologies, including practical application in training and compliance
• Strong project management skills with an analytical, data-driven approach
• Ability to present confidently to large groups and senior stakeholders
