Senior Web Application Pen Tester

Job Summary

To support advanced security assessments, the full-time Senior Web Application Pen Tester will conduct manual penetration testing of web applications and APIs, participate in Red Team operations, and engage in security research, all while working remotely from eligible locations such as the United Kingdom, Denmark, Spain, or the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth manual pen testing of web applications, APIs, and microservices, focusing on complex vulnerabilities
• Participate in Red Team assessments, leveraging web application exploits to establish initial footholds
• Author comprehensive technical reports detailing exploitation steps and remediation advice for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in offensive security with a focus on manual web application and API testing
• Experience with operating system security across Linux, Windows, and macOS
• Proven track record of discovering and exploiting critical vulnerabilities
• Familiarity with the OWASP Top 10 and advanced exploitation techniques for modern web frameworks
