Senior Web Design Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the construction of a marketing website, the full-time Senior Web Design Engineer will blend visual design and front-end engineering to create high-quality, production-ready web experiences remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement marketing website components and layouts to high standards of HTML semantics, CSS quality, and accessibility
• Translate Figma designs into production web output while refining responsive behavior and interaction details
• Own the quality bar for production web output, reviewing team members' work and establishing standards and reusable components

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of professional experience in building production web interfaces
• Deep proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS, including grid and flexbox
• Working proficiency in JavaScript, including the ability to author Web Components
• Practical understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and front-end performance optimization
• Comfort working in visual web authoring tools like Webflow in addition to code editors
