Senior Web Designer
Job Summary
To create engaging web experiences for families, the full-time remote Senior Web Designer will build user-centered layouts, guide product discovery journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop user-centered website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes, iterating based on testing and performance insights
- Lead the website design development process from ideation through delivery, ensuring alignment with broader product and design systems
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex business challenges into effective digital experiences
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of web design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and impact
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and Figma make
- Experience in mobile app design, preferably in fintech or consumer products
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of motion design tools being a plus
- Front-end development experience preferred to enhance collaboration between design and engineering
