Senior Web Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Web Designer, this hybrid position will work both remotely and on-site in Sherman Oaks, Mountain View, or Austin, focusing on creating intuitive and scalable experiences across the marketing web platform while leveraging AI in the design process.
Key responsibilities
- Steward and evolve the marketing web design system, applying strong UX/UI design skills to simplify customer journeys
- Design, build, and ship web improvements using AI throughout the UX/UI design process, including prototyping and implementation
- Help transition the design system to an AI- and code-first approach, defining rules and components for both human and AI use
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web marketing, with significant experience in building or evolving design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI thinking, visual design craft, and design system work
- Hands-on experience using AI in the design process, with familiarity in tools and workflows
- Fluency in Figma and component-based UX/UI design, with comfort in an increasingly code-first environment
- Experience designing conversion-oriented experiences in regulated categories such as legal, financial, or healthcare is a plus
