Senior Web Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a talented Senior Web Designer, the full-time position will focus on leading user experience and visual design for high-caliber websites, collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and clients, while working remotely with occasional in-person gatherings.
Key responsibilities
- Lead original web design projects for multiple clients, ensuring a strong focus on user experience and visual design
- Collaborate with strategists and team members during the research, discovery, and design phases to develop informed design recommendations
- Produce UI Kits and overall design systems, defining interactions and transitions while working closely with front-end developers on execution
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading web design for multiple clients in an agency or team setting
- Experience in UX decision-making, including evaluating options and contributing recommendations
- Confidence in client interactions, presenting work, and defending design decisions
- Genuine interest in social impact and collaboration with nonprofit organizations
- Ability to work during EST hours (10am-6pm) is required
