Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end web platform, the full-time Senior Web Designer Developer will lead the redesign of the company website, leveraging Webflow and custom coding to create a component library for non-developer team members, while implementing SEO and AEO technical foundations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rebuild of the company website, focusing on information architecture, visual design, and launch
• Utilize Webflow as the primary CMS, extending its capabilities with custom code as needed
• Build a component library that enables writers and designers to publish content independently

Required qualifications

• 5-9 years of web design experience, with 2-3 years specifically in Webflow
• Proficient in writing production-quality HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience extending Webflow's functionality
• Experience shipping B2B SaaS or services websites that include both lead capture and detailed product information
• Strong brand design instincts and experience working with or building brand systems
• Fluency in AI tools such as Figma with AI plugins, Webflow AI, and code review tools like ChatGPT
