Senior Web Developer

Job Summary

Serving as a technical lead, the full-time Senior Web Developer will design and build complex web applications for the MyNAVSUP portal, provide system maintenance, and modernize digital workflows while ensuring compliance with DoD standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop secure web applications for intranet and mobile platforms
• Provide tier-3 support, conduct site audits, and update software documentation
• Lead modernization efforts by architecting scalable digital workflows across the NAVSUP enterprise

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship and Active DoD Clearance
• 7+ years of professional web development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Current DoD 8570/8140 compliance (e.g., Security+ CE) is highly preferred
• Extensive experience with JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, and server-side languages like .NET or PHP
