Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Web Developer for a remote position in North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the company's website, including UX, functionality, and brand alignment
• Implement responsive design, ensure cross-platform compatibility, and conduct A/B tests for user engagement optimization
• Develop and maintain web demos, collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, and integrate web analytics for data-driven optimization

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Web Dev, or related field
• 8+ years of web design and development experience in a tech-driven industry
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, Vue
• Strong A/B testing experience and proven track record of building high-quality, scalable, responsive web applications
• Experience with CMS, e-commerce platforms, SEO best practices, and Google Analytics preferred
