Job Summary
Leading the Web Experience team, the full-time Senior Manager, Web Experience will define and execute content strategy and web page optimization for ServiceNow.com, overseeing a team focused on delivering high-impact digital experiences in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define the content strategy and web page experience approach, ensuring alignment with marketing and customer journey objectives
- Establish frameworks for measuring web page performance and guide the team in executing testing strategies for continuous improvement
- Lead and develop a team of Web Experience Managers, providing coaching on digital marketing best practices and performance management
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or web experience management, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of executing web content strategies that drive measurable marketing outcomes
- Deep expertise in web optimization and conversion rate optimization methodologies
- Strong understanding of content strategy and customer journey mapping
- Experience with web content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
