Senior Web Manager

Job Summary

Leading Neo4j's web strategy and execution in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Web Manager will develop a cohesive web presence that enhances brand engagement and conversion through strategic vision, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overarching web strategy aligned with marketing and business goals, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms
• Lead end-to-end management of web-related projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Leverage web analytics tools to monitor site performance and optimize user experience, driving continuous improvements through A/B testing and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in web, digital marketing, or product management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to develop strategy and lead cross-functional alignment for complex digital ecosystems
• Deep understanding of web analytics and performance optimization, including proficiency in GA4 and conversion tracking
• Strong familiarity with A/B testing tools and SEO/SEM principles
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira in agile workflows
