Senior Web Operations Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing the full operational stack of junipersquare.com, the full-time remote Senior Web Operations Manager will manage CMS governance, SEO and AEO strategies, and production operations while driving cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all website initiatives, translating business and technical needs into execution plans
- Own the content management system (CMS) end-to-end, including governance, security updates, and page production
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, site speed, and uptime, while owning the organic SEO strategy and performance reporting
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in a Marketing function with direct ownership of a B2B website and experience in scaling website performance
- Hands-on CMS ownership experience, particularly with headless or hybrid CMS architectures
- Deep analytics and technical SEO expertise, with the ability to report on performance data
- Fluency in AEO/GEO processes and experience in monitoring and correcting content representation
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
